Using machines and New Operation or Request

The first top menu on the left is the machines.



A lot of machines are managed by specific persons (role = Manager) with a lot of users (role = User). These machines are displayed in the left menu and filtered by Poles (aka pole) and ressources (aka group).

Once you have selected the machine you have the choice between four tabs. the Operation History, the New Operation the Settings and the Templates. Only manager of the machine can access to Settings and Templates

• When you select a machine this is the default tab selected: Operations History.

• On the table lines you can click to open a sub table that shows the details of the operation. The details are provided when the user fill the form when entering an operation.

• You can apply filter on the table to find some data. Only the data you have the right to access will be displayed. To apply a filter you can fill the case on the top of the table just under the name of the columns.

• Then you can define more precisely if you want the result to be equal to your input so the will be displayed. This is the default value.

• if the type of the column is a number then you can choose between three options as

• if the type of the column is a string (text or character) then you can choose between two options like

• You can download the history displayed on screen as a JSON File by clicking

• if you want to use again the same process as a New Operation, than you can click

• if you can read all the data from the process line then it will be written to the New Operation form, including the project and the samples.

• First you choose the machine you want to use if the machine is not connected to DigiClear.

• if the machine is connected to DigiCleaR then the right machine should be already selected
• if not you can click on to select automatically the machine you are working on.

• Then you click on to enter an New Operation

• The New Operation can be accessed if you have the right to use the machine or if the manager has enabled the request menu on one template of the machine.

• The New Operation tab shows the form you have to fill based on a template designed by the manager of the machine.

• The templates are designed by the manager of the machine (help there), it means that the templates can have some options or not, we will explain the main options that are used most of the time.
• The administrator of DigiCleaR can create the different templates skeleton. The manager of the machine can then activate this basic templates and complete the informations for the user to fill in. The final user can choose between the different template to fill a process sheet. The name of the template is set by the administrator.

• When filling a new Operation, first choose the template

• Then select if it is a new process or a request (help there) for another user/manager

• If you want to use an old recipe in JSON format you can upload one by clicking

• If you want to use a previous process you can do it in the Operation History tab, opening the su-table by clicking on a line and choosing Prefill form.

• if you can read all the data from the process line then it will be written to the New Operation form, including the project and the samples.

• DO NOT FORGET to submit your operation with the button

• Fist you can see if there are some pending requests just under the menu

• To fulfill a request you need to click on Pending Request like

• Then you can select the different requests you want to fulfill and then click on the fullfill request button.

• The request give rights to write data for a project and a sample even if you are not user of the projet nor the sample

• The request can be deleted by the manager of the machine.

• The request is a kind of operation and so it can be edited and downloaded
